"After having an auto-renewing policy with them for over 5 years, they dropped my insurance without informing me, and I was unknowingly driving around uninsured. The last thing they sent me in the mail was a mailer asking me to bundle my auto insurnance. AVOID UPDATE: I see that he has responded, so you can also add liar to the list of reasons to AVOID. I have zero missed calls, voice mails, snail mail, online documents, app notifications or text messages informing me that my coverage would be ending/had ended, despite them contacting me through all of these channels just prior to them ending my coverage. I also spoke with someone at state farm customer service who confirmed the phone number and address on file was correct."
